If you're doing double practices during the summer, you'll want to read this.

Summer time is amazing. The sun feels great and school is out, which makes summer one of the BEST times for kids to get started on strength training.
You’ll find that every competitive swim team maximizes their time in the pool by increasing the number of practices in the pool during the summer.
That’s a good thing… Right?
While more pool time can equate to faster swimming, more pool time also increases your risks for developing injuries especially if you are not on a consistent and structured strength program.
Oftentimes, swimmers come to me with injuries during summer and winter training because of the significant increase in pool practices without having a strength & rehab coach to keep them healthy.
If this sounds like you, I’ve got GREAT NEWS for you.
I’ve developed an in-app full body performance program for age group swimmers and I’m excited that it’s now available for every youth swimmer!
Junior Prep Strength & Mobility For Swimmers is now ready for you, at your finger tips!
This comprehensive coaching and training method combines strength and mobility exercises specifically tailored for age group swimmers ages 10-14 who have no experience with strength training, proper lifting biomechanics, and are unsure of how to implement mobility training effectively alongside their swim practices.
Both strength and mobility are crucial for maintaining youth swimmers’ physical well-being, preventing injuries, and taking their performance to the next level.
Injuries often occur when athletes prioritize swimming without incorporating essential strength and mobility training.
Dryland training with improper periodization and inadequate exercise prescription overlook fundamental aspects of strength training, proper strength and skill development, thus heightening the risk of injuries in the future.
The Junior Prep Strength & Mobility For Swimmers is designed to address these issues and enhance overall athletic performance both in and out of the water, while minimizing the likelihood of injuries. This continuous and guided program will help age-group swimmers prepare for the next level of competition, and help develop their skill and strength for those interested in competing at a senior level.
Here’s what you’ll get when you join my app:
Prescribed strength, conditioning, hypertrophy, power, mobility, and prehab programming
Programming 5 days a week
100% in-app with easy personal strength tracking
Personalized readiness scores to determine overtraining and burnout
Video demos with every exercise
Form checks
24/7 coaching support and direct messaging
Weekly check-ins
Guidance specifically from ME
The best thing about this program is that it’s designed to help your age group swimmers learn critical movement patterns and proper technique, while allowing them to go at their own pace, progress as they’re ready, and also feel challenged at the same time.
Within weeks, they’ll notice a difference in their strength, mobility, and performance in and out of the pool.
