Do you have a plan?

Can you believe we only have 13 days left in 2024?

Even with the days counting down, it’s never too late to make a positive change before the end of the current year.

Have you ever heard the saying, “If you chase two rabbits you end up catching none”?

With a busy holiday season and the dawn of New Years Day upon us, it is common to feel overwhelmed with everything going on!

This feeling of being out of your normal routine can create a high cognitive load which means you have too much on your mind and can’t focus on any one thing.

Try taking 5 to 10 minutes right now to create a plan to navigate the next couple of weeks:

1) Work on one thing and keep it simple. This could be meditation for a few minutes every night before bed, stretching every day, or making time to exercise.

2) Make the goal achievable. You are already going to feel out of your normal routine for the next two weeks, so make sure your goal is realistic.

3) Start now. Any positive action you take in the next 13 days makes a difference. I promise.

Let’s take some power back over our lives and start 2025 with some positive momentum.
