Happy Thanksgiving to the greatest readers in the world! 🏊‍♀️ 🏊‍♂️
Everyday I am thankful to be a part of this amazing community and am thankful you are a part of The Swimmer’s Doc community. I appreciate your growing support day in and day out, and knowing that I am helping you reach your health, fitness, and swimming goals warms my heart.
My hope is to make you a more resilient swimmer and athlete, help you excel in the water and on land, and aid in a healthier and happier lifestyle.
As someone who dealt with a multitude of chronic injuries that have dampened my athletic career and mental and physical health, I hope that my experience and expertise will allow you to tackle your goals with the support you need.
