Re: What's the cost

Everything has a price.
Including your habits and choices that make up your day-to-day life.
When it comes to training and recovery, we describe the price as “session cost”.
Here are some examples of what a session cost looks like:
Sleeping 4 hours the night before and having a rough go of it in the pool the next day.
Only performing high intensity gym workouts and finding yourself feeling burnt out on the weekends.
Not eating enough protein or drinking enough water only to feel stiff and sore for the next several days.
Swimming through a nagging shoulder injury for several months which ultimately leads to several weeks away from the pool while you go through rehab.
We reduce session costs by practicing awareness, following a strategic plan, and re-assessing as we move through our day-to-day lives.
The price of the choices that we make can be decreased by following these principles at all times!
Not only will you improve your health, elevate your performance, and reduce your risk for injury, but you will feel more energetic and enjoy things more along the way.
