Happy 3rd Friday of January!

Do you know what’s so special about today? It’s one week past Quitter’s Day. Quitter’s Day is the 2nd Friday of January because most people give up on their goals within 2 weeks of starting their journey.

So the question is: Did you already give up?

Give up on your 2024 goals of weight loss, fat loss, eating healthy, exercising daily, getting daily sun, spending time with family, checking in on friends, prioritizing self-care, or competing at a higher level?

If you did, I don’t blame you. Setting big goals and getting after them is hard work. That’s why the majority of people say they want something, but let’s be honest… they don’t really want it.

The effort required to achieve those goals is just not worth it to them. They’d rather be complacent and stay at the same place they’re in. The path of least resistance is one where you don’t even take the first step forward.

That leaves us with the minority. Those who dig deep day in and day out because giving up is not an option.

Because THIS is YOUR year.

This is the year you’re doing it BIG.

This is the year you’re losing 10… 20… 30lb. Not because you want to be “skinny”. But because you’re tired of feeling tired in your own body. You want to be able to lift your kids and play with them. You want to smash records and get PRs in every event you compete in.

You want to live life the way it’s meant to be lived. And be proud of what you have achieved. No one can give you a strong physique.

That’s 100% earned.

Which means your body is a direct reflection of who you are and who you want to become.

Because how you live in one aspect of your life is how you live in all aspects of your life.

So, if you dropped off the map even for a split second, are you ready to get back on?

Let’s get back to work and turn your dreams into reality.
